1. Who we are and what you agree to
gstiwari.com is run by Girija Shanker Tiwary, a sole proprietor trading as GS Tiwari ("we", "us"). By using the site, creating an account or paying for anything on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What the site offers
Three AI-assisted traditional reading services: Jyotish, numerology, and a combined Astro-Numerology reading. Calculations are performed by software and explained conversationally by AI. You pay from a wallet on the site: for each reply in a chat, or a fixed price for a written report. The price rules are on the home page and are shown again before you start a chat.
The assistants are artificial intelligence systems, not people. No human teacher, engineer or astrologer writes or reviews the replies. This site does not offer personal consultation.
3. What the answers are, and are not
- An AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, including about facts, formulas and code. Check anything that matters before you rely on it.
- They do not give medical, legal, financial or investment advice.
- Jyotish: astrology is a traditional system of belief and interpretation. It is not a science and describes tendencies, not certainties. Charts are calculated by software from the birth details you enter; a wrong birth time changes the chart. No outcome is promised or guaranteed, and readings are for personal interest and reflection only. We do not sell remedies, gemstones or rituals.
- Numerology: numerology is a traditional divination practice, not science or a factual way to predict personality, compatibility or events. Its calculations depend on the exact spelling, transliteration and date you enter. Readings are for entertainment, personal interest and reflection only; do not use them for consequential decisions.
- Astro-Numerology: agreement between astrology and numerology does not prove an event or make it certain. The combined assistant reports evidence from each tradition separately and may identify symbolic timing themes only.
- What you do with an answer is your own decision and responsibility.
4. Who may use the site
You must be 18 or older to create an account and pay. If you enter another person's name or birth details for Jyotish, numerology or the combined service, you confirm that you have their permission.
5. Your account
- Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
- Do not use the site to break the law, to produce harmful content, to try to get around its limits or security, or to resell access to it.
- We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse or in breach of these Terms.
6. Payments and the wallet
- Services are charged to your wallet on this site. You add money through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and the other methods it offers), from ₹100 to ₹10,000 at a time. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. A tax invoice is issued for each amount you add to the wallet and is kept in your account.
- Each reply is charged after it is complete. Its cost depends on its length and the level you chose; the chat's total is always on screen and you can set a limit at which the chat pauses. A reply that fails is not charged.
- A written report has a fixed price, shown before you order. It is charged once when you order and returned to your wallet automatically if the report cannot be prepared.
- There is no subscription and nothing renews.
- The wallet is not a bank account or a payment instrument. Its balance can be used only on this site, earns no interest, cannot be transferred to another person and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy; how you receive the service is described in Delivery.
7. Your content and ours
What you write, the birth details you enter and the answers you receive are yours to keep and use. You allow us to store and process them to provide the service, as the Privacy Policy describes. The site, its software and its instructions to the assistants belong to us or are used under licence.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. It may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken in reliance on an answer; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kota, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction. Please write to the Grievance Officer first; most matters can be settled within 30 days.
10. Changes and contact
