These agents are grounded in carefully built knowledge bases shaped by years of teaching, research, engineering and subject experience. The language model uses that material to explain facts and results in clear language. Where a reading requires calculation, the work is done by our own purpose-built compute engines—not guessed by the language model—and the resulting structured facts are passed to it for explanation. The explanation is still generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong, so check anything important.
