1. Nothing is shipped
gstiwari.com sells digital services only. No physical goods are sold or shipped, there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed. Everything is delivered on the site, in your account.
2. When you receive what you pay for
| Money added to the wallet | Shown in your wallet within a few minutes of a successful payment. |

| A reply from an assistant | Appears on the page as it is written, normally within a minute or two of your message. |
| A written report | Written within a few minutes of your order, normally one or two. It opens on the site and stays in your reports, where you can print it or save it as a PDF. |
| Your birth chart (Jyotish) | Drawn at once when you save your birth details; there is no charge for the chart itself. |
| Your numerology numbers | Calculated at once from the name and date you enter; there is no charge for the numbers themselves. |
Your chats and reports stay in your account: reports on the Reports page, chats in Readings.
3. If something does not arrive
- A reply that fails is not charged.
- If a payment succeeded but the wallet was not credited within 24 hours, write to support@gstiwari.com with the email address of your account and the payment reference. We reply within 2 working days.

4. Where the service is available
Anywhere with an internet connection. Prices are in Indian rupees and payment is through Razorpay.
