1. Who we are
gstiwari.com is run by Girija Shanker Tiwary, a sole proprietor trading as GS Tiwari, who decides how your personal data is used on this site.
2. What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only in hashed form).
- Your chats: what you write to an assistant and what it answers.
- Profiles (birth and name details): for each person you add, a label and the date of birth; for Jyotish, the time and place of birth with latitude, longitude and time zone; for numerology, the name as it is used and the name at birth. Also any name or date you type in a chat or enter when you order a report.
- Payments: your wallet balance and a record of each amount added and each charge. Card, UPI and bank details are entered with Razorpay and never reach our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and server logs, for security and to find faults.
- Email you send us.
3. How we use it
- To answer your questions and calculate Jyotish charts or numerology profiles.
- To take payments, keep your wallet and send receipts and account email (sign-up and password codes, security and payment notices).
- To answer support requests and complaints, keep the service secure and meet our obligations under Indian law, including tax law.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Who else processes your data

Your browser also loads fonts and display libraries from Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which see your IP address as any website does. If you open Google from the birth details form, Google's own terms apply there. Our servers are in India.
This site runs on software also used by Apas Learning Pvt Ltd, but its accounts, wallets, payments, chats and birth details are kept in a separate database and are not shared with that company's services.
5. Storage in your browser
No advertising or tracking cookies. The site keeps your sign-in session, the chat you last had open, the profile you last chose, and the method and business name last used on the Numerology page, in your browser's local storage. If you calculate numerology numbers without signing in, the name and birth date you entered are kept in your browser only; after you sign in they are saved as a profile in your account only if you say so. Clearing your browser's site data removes them and signs you out. Razorpay may set its own cookies while its payment window is open.
6. How long we keep it
- Account details, chats and profiles: while your account exists. You can change or delete a profile yourself on the Profiles page.
- Payment records: 8 years, as Indian tax law requires.
- When you ask us to delete your account, remaining personal data is removed within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask what data we hold and get a copy, have it corrected or erased (subject to what the law requires us to keep), withdraw consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to support@gstiwari.com or the Grievance Officer; we reply within 30 days.
8. Children
Accounts are for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly let children open accounts; write to us if you believe one has and we will remove it.
9. Security and changes
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and each account's chats and birth details can be read only by that account. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires. We may update this policy and will email registered users about changes that matter.
